Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of nohaya.com and its tools (the "Service"), operated by Nohaya. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. Description of Service

Nohaya provides:

  • AI Tools — Writer, Chat, Summarizer, and Translator, powered by Claude.
  • Creator Tools — Text-to-Speech (TTS Studio), Script Writer, Speech to Text, Voice Clone, Audio Cleanup, Voice Transform, Create Shorts, and Caption Generator.
  • Resume Builder — browsable resume samples and a customizable resume editor with PDF export.
  • Places and PromptAi — a local travel guide and an AI image prompt gallery.

2. Accounts

Most features work with an anonymous, automatically-created session tied to your browser. Subscribing to Nohaya Pro or purchasing a resume download requires signing in with a Google account. You're responsible for keeping access to your Google account secure — we can't recover purchases or subscriptions tied to a Google account you've lost access to.

3. Free Usage and Limits

  • Each AI Tool (Writer, Chat, Summarizer, Translator) gives you 1 free use, independently of the others.
  • Creator Tools (TTS, Speech to Text, Voice Clone, Create Shorts) share one combined free use across all of them — using any one of them uses it up for the rest.
  • Voices marked "Pro" always require a Nohaya Pro subscription, regardless of free-trial status.
  • Browsing resume samples, Places, and PromptAi is unlimited and free, with no account required.

We may adjust these limits from time to time to keep the Service sustainable.

4. Nohaya Pro Subscription

  • Nohaya Pro costs ₹799/month for users in India (billed via Razorpay) or $9.99/month internationally (billed via PayPal).
  • Nohaya Pro unlocks unlimited use of AI Tools, Creator Tools (including Pro voices), and resume downloads, for as long as your subscription is active.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically every month until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your payment provider's account management, or by emailing nohayasite@gmail.com; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. One-Time Resume Purchases

  • Downloading a specific resume sample as a PDF (outside of a Pro subscription) costs ₹50 in India or $2.99 internationally, as a one-time payment per resume sample.
  • Once purchased, that specific resume sample is unlocked for unlimited re-download from "My Documents" for as long as your account exists.
  • Browsing and previewing resume samples is always free — payment is only requested when you click Download in the resume editor.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate illegal, defamatory, harassing, or fraudulent content.
  • Clone or attempt to clone a voice belonging to someone else without their explicit, informed consent.
  • Use voice cloning, generated speech, or generated video/short content to impersonate any real person in a misleading or harmful way.
  • Automate requests to the Service in a way designed to exhaust free-trial limits, scrape content, or overload our infrastructure.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the underlying models or source code of the Service.
  • Resell or redistribute access to the Service without our written permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of this section.

7. Your Content and Ownership

You retain ownership of the text, audio, and resume content you create using the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process and store it solely to provide the Service to you (e.g., storing your resume drafts, or your generated voice clips so you can re-download them). You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content or audio samples you upload.

8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Content generated by AI Tools, Script Writer, and other AI-powered features may be inaccurate, biased, or inappropriate for your use case. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before relying on it or publishing it — including resume content, written text, translations, and summaries.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will meet your expectations.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nohaya is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, content, or revenue. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violating these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time; this does not entitle you to a refund except as described in our Refund Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
